Guillotine Cutting
The most efficient use of digital equipment is often the ability to print multiple copies or multiple pages of documents on a larger sheet and then cut to size after printing. This also gives us the ability to print edge-to-edge (full bleed).
Scoring
Card stocks need to be pre-scored before then can be properly folded (i.e. Greeting Cards). Our custom built pneumatic equipment is specifically designed to small to medium size jobs that are too big for manual devices and don’t warrant large expensive high-volume processing.
Hole Drilling
Hold drilling for 3-ring binders or hanging cards and tags is done on our paper drill. Hole sizes from 1/8″ to 1/2″ are common.
Folding
Page folding can be done either on the Digital Press or dedicated folding equipment depending on the job
Laminating
In-house hot lamination of card stocks with heavy lamination of both sides is a great way to add
rigidity to things like industrial reference charts, retail shelf signs and restaurant menus.
Stapling (saddle stitching)
Stapled (stitched) booklets can be produced right on the Digital Press or off-line depending on the job.

By working closely with our trusted trade printing resources, we are able to efficiently provide many printing services that are beyond the capabilities of our in-house equipment. This gives us the advantage of being able to choose the best combination of resources for your particular job. Examples include large print runs, door hangers, custom 3-ring binders and many, many others.
